Perfect for family(ies) with children ages (about) 4 and up, (split-level stairs not ideal for crawlers & toddlers). Can sleep up to 15 comfortably and has full size washer and dryer. Providence Hospital, Alaska Native Medical Center, and Alaska Regional Hospital just minutes away. University of Alaska-Anchorage & Alaska Pacific University, just minutes away. 5th Avenue Mall to the north and Dimond Center Mall to the south, just minutes away. Amazing for groups!

We loved staying here! We had a large group stay here. everyone had a bed and could sleep comfortably. The location of the house is in a safe neighborhood, so the group felt comfortable taking walks. We had a great time working with the owner as well. They were very accommodating!
