This was a perfect location for us to enjoy a quiet weekend together as we celebrated our 12-year wedding anniversary! The property was tucked away and private. The backside of the home was surrounded by trees, foliage and a stream. The view from the back deck and hot tub was gorgeous. We enjoyed the wildlife (birds and squirrels). Inside of the house was clean and comfortable. All of our needs were met. Full kitchen and laundry. They even had ground coffee stocked in (thank the lord). Loved the bathtub with the big picture window overlooking the woods and stream. Hot tub was AMAZING! We enjoyed using it at nighttime the best when it was breezy and slightly raining. Mornings were lovely as we watched the birds and squirrels. We played cards, listened to music and never felt the need to leave the property once. Which is exactly what we wanted! On our first evening, we ordered specialty pizzas from Chair 5 for pick up. Amazing pizzas!!! After checking out on Sunday morning we visited the Alpenglow Bakery and The Bake Shop for breakfast items to eat on our drive home. Perfect ending to a perfect weekend. We will be booking this property again for future date weekends and family trips. Don't hesitate to book your stay. Completely worth it...
