Looking to get away in one of the world’s highest ranked ski towns? We are proud to offer our pent-house, corner-unit, modern condo as a luxurious and convenient home away from home.

Located just a couple of minutes away from world-class Alyeska Resort, our condo is walking distance of local coffee shops, a yoga studio, restaurants, bistros, and our local brewery and grocery store. A convenient shuttle is available 7 days (and nights) a week and a stop is just a minute walk from the condo entrance.

Our condo features an open floor-plan with two spacious bedrooms on opposite ends of the main living space to ensure comfort and privacy. Our master bedroom features a king bed outfitted in resort style linens and an en-suite walk-in closet and a large, his-and-her bathroom. There is a private door that leads to the unit’s balcony with a hot tub.

The guest bedroom features a full-sized bunk bed (both levels) with a trundle option. There is also a private entrance to the guest bathroom.

Both bedrooms have multiple windows with Mountain views (we supply laundered and sanitized eye masks for our midnight sun). TVs are available in each bedroom with Amazon Fire to access your favorite streaming services. Each bathroom features deep bathtubs to add the perfect touch to a relaxing evening.

Our kitchen is fully equipped with appliances, dishes, and everything you need for a home-cooked meal. An electric indoor/outdoor grill allows for cooking out or staying in (stored in our garage). Our open-concept dining area seats six.

The living space also includes a single person sofa-sleeper, electric fireplace, in-floor heat, plenty of seating, and access to the unit’s balcony with private hot tub.

Parking is open in the parking area surrounding the unit (indoor parking is not always available).

Great getaway

We had a wonderful stay here. The place was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped with everything we needed. Host was great with communication, and made sure we had everything we needed for a great stay. I would highly recommend this to anyone looking for a nice place in Girdwood.

Great location and clean

We had a good stay at the condo - amazing location and we loved the large space. We had a couple hiccups though - there weren't sheets available for the twin trundle bed and I think my daughter was allergic to the cow hide rug! Overall, more linens (both sheets and towels) would be helpful for larger groups using the space.

Great place in a great location! Hot tub on the balcony and walking distance to everything in Girdwood, few minutes drive to the lifts. Highly recommend it if you’re looking for a ski trip base camp.

Beautiful condo!

Loved our stay here. Condo had everything we needed and was incredibly comfortable and clean. It was obvious the owner takes a lot of pride in his place. The hot tub was perfect after some tough hiking .

Cozy girdwood getaway

Beautiful condo in downtown girdwood. Easy instructions and access. Short walk to Chair 5 and close to the brewery. The hot tub was lovely and made for a very relaxing weekend.

Lovely condo in Girdwood!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in Girdwood & were very happy that we picked this location instead of staying in Anchorage. Such a cute town with several restaurant choices nearby. The condo was very nice & Brant was very easy to work with, too!

Girdwood Getaway

We traveled to AK from WI and had a great time in Girdwood. We were able to walk to the restaurants and grocery store. The condo is beautiful and clean. We also enjoyed spending time in the hot tub after skiing at Alyeska.

Amazing Location and Space

This rental couldn't be in a better location for exploring Aleyska, Girdwood and the greater area. The unit is spacious, well appointed and has everything you need. The hot tub on the deck is a perfect place for recovering after adventuring. Easy walk to town and several restaurants, coffee shops and a grocery store without a 1 to 2 blocks.

Late Summer Girdwood Getaway

Family get away

From check in to check out it was a wonderful stay at this cozy ski lodge getaway. Brant is wonderful and super helpful through out the whole process. The VRBo was very clean and we commented several times on how well stocked it was and how clean. It had everything you would need. The location is perfect and it was a fantastic place for our family of five to stay during our trip to Girdwood. 10/10 would recommend it to anyone.

Close to everything in Girdwood

Great location. The condo was clean and comfortable. It was a short stay for us so we did not utilize the kitchen. But it appeared to have the basic items needed for meal prep. We hiked the Crow's Pass Trail to Crystal Lake (4 miles one-way) and highly recommend. So beautiful! We ended the day eating at the Double Musky. It is known for great food with a Cajun flare. The condo was a nice place to come back and relax after a busy day in Girdwood.

Great stay, perfect location

We enjoyed our stay at the Ski and Mountain Retreat. The condo was very clean and nicely decorated. It was very comfortable for our family of four. The only disappointment was that the hot tub was not working (very low water level, foul smelling water and yellowish color). We planned to use this amenity after long hiking days and were unable to for our trip. Owner is aware. Other than that, everything was great!
