Polar Bear Den - Close to Airport, centrally located W/BBQ ; private entrance

This quiet townhouse is isolated from other neighbors and located minutes away from Ted Steven International Airport, Campbell Creek Trail, Kincaid park and trails, shopping and more. This is a great base location for your adventures in the last great frontier. We offer 2 bedroom 1 1/2 bath. The Master bedroom has a queen sleep by number adjustable comfort bed as well as a comfortable futon. There is also a 42" TV. The second bedroom offers a super comfortable queen size bed. All of our bedding and linens are fresh and new. There is a small backyard with patio and BBQ grill for you to enjoy the long hours of Alaska daylight. There is a washer and dryer upstairs for your convenience as well as a dishwasher in the fully stocked (pots pans utensils etc. ) kitchen.
The garage may be available in the summer for an extra fee, please inquire before booking.

Comfortable Getaway

Great Location

Great Place Overall

This home is comfortable and affordable. The owner responded very quickly to a couple of questions/concerns. It was a great location for us visiting with family and doing a little sight-seeing. The whole place was clean overall, but the main bathroom could use a full deep cleaning.

Relaxing and Great Amenities!

We greatly enjoyed our stay at this comfortable condo. Great location for shopping and getting to our appointments. The kitchen was wonderful for cooking family meals (lots of kitchen utensils, appliances, etc) and the furniture and beds were comfortable. It was an easy place to relax and we would definitely stay here again. Also, very easy communication with owner when we unexpectedly needed to extend our stay. Thank you for your hospitality!

This unit is nice. They have everything. The location was a bit tough to find, but we made our way. The parking is close to the front door, but not designated. We didn't have any problems with parking. Easy check in and out.

Short stay- Anchorage

Cozy apartment perfect for 2 couples. Bathrooms updated, newer kitchen appliances and kitchen well stocked including condiments and comfy furniture. Washer/ dryer with detergent were a welcome addition for our post cruise stay! We'd recommend for an affordable comfy stay while in Anchorage. Finding the unit was tricky 1st time and the scent of cleaning product over strong upon arrival but we were able to air it out. Overall a pleasant stay.

This was a great choice for our busy weekend. Nice hub for our chosen activities. Owner gave great directions and instructions. Great amenities. Quiet and cosy. Easy distance from anything you want do in the area. The only problem we had was that the Smart TV in the downstairs needs some kind of update. Gives a constant interupting message that it is short of storage and that some apps should be deleted.
