"Everything was perfect. Easy check in with clear instructions. The home itself is beautiful and has a calming atmosphere. We truly enjoyed our weekend getaway there."

"While the house was well suited for our family, six adults and two grandchildren. Its lack of cleanliness and maintenance was a detractor. I attempted to fix a door lock that we found on the floor upon our arrival. The lock didn’t have the correct screws so it couldn’t be fixed. My daughter got locked in a bathroom and I had to play with the lock to get her out. We called the property management company and they sent a lock smith to fix bathroom door but they didn’t fix lock on sliding door. Upon arrival place was not clean. All the windows were filthy. Floors were not clean and main outside patio was dirty. We went to use BBQ one night and it went up in flames. It wasn’t clean properly and upon further investigation we found burners were deteriorated. Major safety issue, the BBQ needs replacing or a rebuild. Hand rails from upper level of house to kitchen area are unsafe due them being loose. I would not stay or recommend this house. It has potential if it was kept in proper shape. The location is perfect. "

"Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Beautiful setting. Watched dolphins, pelicans, swans etc from the deck. A few steps to the water. An idyllic place to stay. Just a couple of minor things, could not find the tv remote. Eventually found under cushions with some Chippies and child’s toy. Also milk left had passed its expiry date. Otherwise a very enjoyable stay."

"We had a wonderful family weekend away at this lovely property. Its great location makes it perfect for exploring the local area. The place is well-equipped and incredibly comfortable.Our only feedback is that it’s due for a thorough clean. The shutters and windows/fly screens are particularly dirty, especially in the bedrooms. This was disappointing considering they’re where you sleep and given the price point, you’d expect them to be immaculate. "
