The staff was accommodating even though some did not speak English. They did not leave linen for the sofa bed which make it inconvenient because they only have one staff during the evening and I had to walk a long way to the front office to pick up bed linens. Crowne Plaza Anchorage Midtown by IHG
Front desk personnel were great. Room service food was not as advertised. For a 3 night stay housekeeping only came once to bring clean towels otherwise no service even though requested twice. Coffee maker didn’t work but was replaced upon request.
