Although on the third floor there is a lift that stops directly outside the door of the apartment. The access road to the apartment block is narrow and a tight turn is required to enter the parking area, potentially a bit tricky with a big estate car. Having an elevator was awesome and the apartment was just perfect with comfy beds and good pillows and linen - Riva is the gem of northern Italy for sure!"

"We drove around in circles for 2 hours looking for the hotel. GPS Kept saying that we had arrived. We had. The hotel was only 100 metres away, but no road access. A kind man phoned the hotel for us only to find out that we had a one time access on the pedestrian way to check-in and off load the bags. How coukd we know this? Tourist information booth where we had stopped didn't know this. It would have been nice to know this in advance. The location and hotel where perfec. Not our first time...

"We stayed here for 2 nights in the month of early April. The appartment is beautiful. Elena was so helpful for everything, she was always available for any need. Location was 10 km away from lake Garda and it is in a beautiful location surrounded by mountain. Room was cozy,very clean.bathroom was very spacious. The seating area was also nice to enjoy the view from balcony.The only difficulties i faced was the kitchen was on the 1 st floor and it was outside. But it was my mistake while booking...
