Agréable Maison à vivre de 93m2 avec sa belle terrasse et la piscine chauffée 7x3,5m avec plage idéalement située dans une petite rue très calme d'Andernos.
La plage, le port ostréicole et le centre-ville sont à 800m.
Tout se fait à pied...Un bonheur.
La piste cyclable est à 200m et 3 vélos sont à votre disposition.
Vous disposez d'une Grande terrasse bien exposée au sud/ouest et abritée donnant sur la piscine avec barbecue et plancha. Le tout dans un jardin bien paysagé et clôturé de 500m2.
Portail électrique et 2 places de parking à l'intérieur.
La maison comprend 3 chambres à lit double, dont 1 plus grande de 20m2 avec climatisation et 1 espace bureau.
1 salle de d'eau et 1 wc séparé.
Les lits seront faits.
Les serviettes de bain et torchons sont fournis.
La cuisine est entièrement équipée avec 1 cellier et donne sur le salon/séjour de 31m2 pouvant accueillir 8 personnes à table.
Le salon est équipé de la climatisation, d'une TV (abonnement Netflix) et vous disposez d'un réseau fibré.

Pendant que nous vous louons notre maison, nous logeons dans une partie mitoyenne de la maison qui dispose d'une entrée et d'un jardin bien distinct de la maison.

Nous passerons 1 fois par semaine pour l'entretien du jardin et de la piscine à votre convenance en fonction de vos disponibilités et pour ne pas vous déranger pendant vos vacances.
Le ménage est compris dans la prestation.

Séjour au top.
Accueil super chaleureux de Virginie et Vincent, qui sont très à l'écoute et super arrangeant. La maison est conforme à l´annonce, avec tous les équipements nécessaires, et salon de jardin complet (plancha, barbecue...), elle est au calme, le jardin est magnifique, la piscine chauffée est très agréable. Tous les commerces se font a pieds et ça c'est un vrai plus. Nous reviendrons très certainement car ce fut vraiment une belle découverte en tout point de vue.

Tres agrėable maison à vivre il ne manque rien super!
Nous avons fait le tour des restos-cabanes ostreicole-sympa et abordables.un peu de route pour aller sur arcachon plus touristique .Bon sėjour.

Great house in calm area
This house is definitely worth 5 stars. The house is extremly clean and well kept. The hosts are very experienced, friendly and helpful. Despite the hosts living in a fenched-off corner of the house on the property, they are very discret. We experienced the area as being very calm with no street noise outside. A great place to stay.

Petit paradis au coeur du bassin d'Arcachon
Mon épouse et moi avons passé une très agréable semaine dans cette belle maison située à 15 minutes à pied du centre d'Andernos les Bains qui est une commune bien sympathique à vivre. Il n'est pas nécessaire d'utiliser la voiture pour accéder aux nombreux commerces et restaurants. La maison est parfaitement équipée et tout a été pensé par les propriétaires ( extrêmement discrets ) pour votre confort, y compris un cadeau de bienvenue très apprécié. La maison est située dans une petite rue très tranquille ce qui renforce encore l'agrément des lieux. Enfin, cerise sur le gâteau : la piscine chauffée et isolée du voisinage. Que demander de plus ?

Séjour Andernos les Bains
Nous avons passé un agréable séjour dans cette belle villa où tout était prévu pour que tout se passe bien. Et en plus proche de toute commodité (centre ville, commerce, marché, plage pas trop loin) La piscine est top et le jardin magnifiquement fleuri. Les enfants ont adoré et nous aussi. Le quartier est calme. M. et Mme Berthelot sont très sympas et nous ont très bien accueilli.

Belle maison avec piscine très propre et très bien équipée sur le bassin d Arcachon
Très belle maison très bien située sur Andernos, tout se fait à pied, le centre ville avec les commerces et les restaurants et le marché et les courses de proximité, les pistes cyclables sont juste à côté pour de belles balades à vélo en famille. La maison est tout à fait conforme en tous points à l annonce, la maison est extrêmement propre et extrêmement bien équipée, rien ne manque , il y a absolument tout , même 3 vélos mis gracieusement à notre disposition par les propriétaires. La piscine chauffée est très belle et le jardin paysagé nous a permis de passer un très beau séjour. La maison est dans une rue calme , sans bruit ce qui est très reposant. Virginie et Vincent sont très accueillants et très à l écoute en cas de besoin et très bonne communication pour la préparation du séjour , sans aucun problème ! Vraiment les 5 étoiles sont bien méritées ! Nous reviendrons avec plaisir ! Alexandra Emmanuel et les enfants

Großartiges Haus / Superbe Maison
Wir verbrachten mit unseren drei Kindern zwei tolle Wochen in dem schönen Haus von Virginie und Vincent. Es hat uns an nichts gefehlt. Das Haus ist super ausgestattet. Virginie und Vincent waren sehr diskret, hilfsbereit und bei Fragen immer erreichbar. Den beheizten Pool haben wir besonders genossen. Das Haus liegt sehr ruhig und trotzdem ist man schnell im Ort oder bei diversen Einkaufmöglichkeiten. Andernos-les-bains ist ein idealer Urlaubsort, und wer im Atlantik baden möchte, braucht nur eine kurze Autofahrt zu unternehmen. Wir sagen Danke und kommen gerne wieder! Nous avons passé deux semaines formidables avec nos trois enfants dans la belle maison de Virginie et Vincent. Nous n'avons manqué de rien. La maison est super bien équipée. Virginie et Vincent étaient très discrets, serviables et toujours disponibles en cas de questions. Nous avons particulièrement apprécié la piscine chauffée. La maison est très calme et pourtant on est rapidement dans le village ou à proximité de diverses possibilités d'achat. Andernos-les-bains est un lieu de vacances idéal et ceux qui souhaitent se baigner dans l'Atlantique n'ont qu'un court trajet à faire en voiture. Nous disons merci et reviendrons volontiers!
