Beautiful house in a lovely and calm area

You will enjoy your holidays in this lovely villa.
Facing south , you will enjoy the sun , however you won .t suffer from it with our large covered terrace ( providing good shade ) facing the pool. Your children will have fun in the pool and you will have a good time relaxing under the " pagoda"....Inside the lovely house you will find everything you need ,from good quality beds ,to every ustensils you may need in the kitchen .....
Please note that the garden and the pool will be cleaned weekly at no extra charge.

Amazing Holiday!

Laurence’s home is absolutely fantastic and the pictures do the property justice. We spent 11 nights here in September 2023 and thoroughly enjoyed every moment we spent here. We will be back again!

TrĂšs jolie maison

TrÚs bon accueil. Propriétaire à l'écoute et réactive. Tout le monde aux petits soins. La maison est confortable et trÚs bien agencée. L'extérieur avec la piscine chauffée est top. L'environnement est trÚs calme. Nous avons passé un excellent séjour.

Einfach wunderbar

Wir haben 4 Wochen in dieser wundervollen Villa verbracht. Die Vermieterin ist Ă€usserst zuvorkommend und freundlich, wir fĂŒhlten uns richtig zu Hause. Die Bilder der Villa sind genau so, wie man sie antrifft-alles sauber und bestens gepflegt. Die Vermieterin pflegte einen sehr freundlichen Kontakt mit uns. Die Villa ist in einem wunderschönen, ruhigen Quartier, in der NĂ€he eines kleinen Waldes. Die Natur rundherum ist wundeschön und dennoch ist man nah des Dorfkerns. Mit dem Velo kann man hier super auch mit Kindern fahren. Wir empfehlen diese Villa sehr, wir hatten wunderschöne und erholsame Ferien rundherum. Danke Laurence fĂŒr alles von Herzen, wir haben uns sehr Zuhause gefĂŒhlt.

Wir waren 14 Tage im Juni/Juli 2024 in diesem wunderschönen Haus und haben uns sehr wohl gefĂŒhlt. Der Kontakt mit den Vermietern war perfekt und wir kommen sehr gerne wieder.

Magnifique location au calme dans les pins à deux coups de pédales du bord du bassin. Bon accueil, propriétaire trÚs à l'écoute tout au long du séjour n'hésitant pas à donner de bons conseils. Je recommande cette adresse pour s'assurer un bon break dans un endroit ou l'on se sent comme chez soi.

Wir haben eine rundum wundervolle Woche verbracht: der Atlantik ganz nah, StrĂ€nde und Natur zum Baden und Wandern, Seebad-Feeling in Arcachon, ĂŒberall ein köstliches Angebot an MeeresfrĂŒchten, Bordeaux kulturell sehenswert. Die Villa liegt in einer ruhigen Wohngegend, dennoch ist man schnell im Ort, Ausstattung perfekt und wie beschrieben bzw. abgebildet. Unglaublich nette und hilfsbereite Kommunikation mit Laurence. Pool und Whirlpool eine wunderbar belebende ErgĂ€nzung des Angebots dieser schönen Villa.

Une superbe villa avec picine

La villa est magnifique. AmĂ©nagĂ©e avec goĂ»ts et hyper fonctionnelle. Les extĂ©rieurs sont impeccables. Il y a plein de petits recoins pour s’isoler quand on le souhaite et profitez le reste du temps ,en famille, du patio Ă  l’ombre et de l’as piscine. La villa est situĂ©e au bord de la forĂȘt et proche du centre ville. Il y a une esplanade avec une jetĂ©e, des bars, restaurants, et deux grandes rues piĂ©tonnes. Tout le monde y trouve sont bonheur. sehr schönes, ruhiges Ferienhaus

Wir waren mit unseren Töchtern (21, 19) und deren Freunden in diesem schönen Haus und haben die zwei Wochen sehr genossen. Das Haus ist super ausgestattet, der Pool ist herrlich und in den Ort hinein ist es nicht weit. Wir können das Haus uneingeschrÀnkt weiterempfehlen.

Un séjour qui nous laisse un excellent souvenir !

La maison est fonctionnelle, propre, joliment décorée et située dans un quartier calme d'Andernos (mais à proximité du centre-ville, d'un supermarché et du bord de mer) . Rien ne manque pour y passer un excellent séjour en famille (belle piscine, extérieur agencé avec soin, table de ping pong, trampoline, spa, bd pour les enfants...). En plus de cela, un petit coffret de bienvenue et des hÎtes attentifs au bon déroulement de notre séjour. Tout était vraiment parfait et nous reviendrons avec plaisir !

Wunderschöner Urlaub

Das Haus ist sehr gepflegt und ideal fĂŒr den Urlaub mit kleinen Kindern durch den eingezĂ€unten Pool. Die Ausstattung ist super, es fehlt an nichts. Das Haus liegt absolut ruhig und hat einen tollen Charakter.

Quel accueil !!! Nous avons Ă©tĂ© accueillis avec un bouquet de fleurs, un panier avec des spĂ©cialitĂ©s de la rĂ©gion et un adorable petit mot de bienvenue de Laurence la propriĂ©taire. Quelles douces attentions ! Merci pour tous. Merci aussi Ă  Françoise pour son sourire, son dynamisme et son professionnalisme. Quant Ă  la maison, un vrai havre de paix et de bonheur. La maison est trĂšs grande et trĂšs bien Ă©quipĂ©e. Il y a mĂȘme de nombreux livres et jeux de sociĂ©tĂ©s pour petits et grands en plus des prestations dĂ©jĂ  au top. Mes enfants s’en sont donnĂ©s Ă  cƓur joie dans la piscine, le jacuzzi et le trampoline. De plus cette maison est idĂ©alement situĂ© sur le bassin d’Arcachon. Family break August 2019

The property is well equipped with a fantastic private pool which our three young daughters really enjoyed. Andernos is a nice little town with plenty of good restaurants. There is plenty to do in the area with a variety of beaches and also a water park, zoo and other attractions in Arcachon which is about 40 mins drive.

Wonderful villa at a wonderful place

We (two adult, two kids (11 and 13 years old) just had one week for holiday and the Villa at Andernos was a perfect place to relax. A wonderful swimming pool, enough place for everybody, equiment for the kids (trampoline, table tennis, water splash...), BBQ, enough equipment in the kitchen, a quite environment. We also did a few very nice excursion to the Bassin, to the beach at the Atlantic (15-10 min to drive) and Arcachon. So if we have had more time, we would have liked to stay longer. We really enjoyed this great week of family holiday.

Nous avons passĂ© des vacances de rĂȘve dans cette trĂšs belle villa qui est aussi un paradis pour les enfants : trampoline, balançoire, ping-pong, livres, BD, jeux de sociĂ©tĂ© et bien sĂ»r la piscine qui a ravit toute la famille. Il est rare de trouver en location saisonniĂšre une maison aussi parfaitement Ă©quipĂ©e et entretenue, ainsi que des propriĂ©taires bienveillants et soucieux du bon dĂ©roulement du sĂ©jour. Mention spĂ©ciale Ă©galement pour l’accueil Chaleureux de Françoise !

Perfektes Feriendomizil fĂŒr Familien mit Kindern

Wir waren mit zwei Familien (4 Erwachsene und 4 Kinder 4 Monate bis 5 Jahre) fĂŒr 14 Tage in dieser traumhaften Unterkunft von Laurence. Es fehlte uns an nichts! Das Haus ist super gepflegt und ausgestattet und bietet unglaublich viel (eingezĂ€unter Pool mit Alarm, HĂ€ngematte, Schaukeln, Trampolin, Rutsche, Tischtennisplatte) auch fĂŒr die Kinder. Das machte es sehr entspannt fĂŒr alle Beteiligten und das Haus bietet auch genug Raum fĂŒr zwei Familien. Es ist sehr ruhig direkt am Wald gelegen und dennoch ist der BĂ€cker und Supermarkt in zwei Minuten mit dem Auto zu erreichen. Laurence ist sehr zuvorkommend und war wĂ€hrend des Aufenthalts jederzeit fĂŒr uns erreichbar. Wir können das Haus uneingeschrĂ€nkt weiterempfehlen! Es wird schwer werden, ein Haus mit dieser Ausstattung noch einmal zu finden.
