You'll have the entire home to yourself and will only share it with other guests in your party.

Charming fully renovated villa with a large fenced garden in a quiet area, pool, air conditioning, spa, and independent studio.

Located 5 minutes by bike from Bétey beach (Bassin d'Arcachon, ideal for young children) and shops, 20 km from the ocean (surf school, windsurfing, etc.), 35 km from the airport, and 60 km from Bordeaux train station.

The house, situated on an 850m² plot, includes:

- A bright living/dining room with TV
- A toilet and bathroom with a shower
- A fully equipped kitchen with an oven, fridge, dishwasher, washing machine, and Nespresso coffee maker
- 1 bedroom with a large double bed (160cm)
- 1 bedroom with a large double bed (160cm) and an additional 90cm floor bed with a bed base
- Air conditioning in the bedrooms and living room

Communicating with the house, there is an independent studio that includes:

- A small kitchen with a fridge, stovetop, oven, Senseo coffee maker, and a small outdoor electric barbecue
- A double sofa bed (2x90cm)
- A mezzanine with a double mattress (2x90cm)
- A toilet and bathroom with a shower
- Air conditioning
- TV
