"The hotel is continently located. The room is spacious and clean. It has a microwave, a min fridge and even has a safe. The only thing I wish it had was a coffee/tea pot. Breakfast was very good. We didn't get the chance to use the pool or the fitness center. A good stay."

"Honestly due to the hotel remodeling it was kinda weird bc the lobby was a mess… it was like staying in an unfinished building. The room was fine and the shuttle service was great!! Just the lobby smelled like a Home Depot and looked like one as well Im sure it will be ok once its done!"

"Our recent stay at the Marriott Marquis was amazing overall. The property, amenities, and experience were wonderful. Unfortunately, we ran into some issues with our reservation, including being charged twice for our suite and not receiving the exact suite we had originally booked. After several back-and-forth conversations with staff, the situation became quite frustrating. The issue was still unresolved. Thankfully, Anisa stepped in and completely turned the experience around. She took ownership of the issue, escalated it to upper management, and made sure everything was handled properly. What truly stood out was her exceptional customer service, even after the matter was “resolved”, she went above and beyond by sending complimentary goodies and a bottle of wine to our room. Anisa’s professionalism, attentiveness, and genuine care made all the difference. While the booking issues were disappointing, her dedication to making things right is the reason I would consider staying here again. Thank you, Anisa, for providing outstanding hospitality and reminding us what great customer service looks like."

"Over all it was a great experience even though it was only for one night. The property looked great, clean and the guys at the front desk were amazing, super friendly and always smiling. The only observation that I have is with the Valet’s crew, they were a bit rude in a sense that they never approached the car, might not be a rule that you guys implement but in other places they tend to approach the car and ask if you are checking in or not. They are the first point of contact so they should be more careful."

"It was just what we needed for our weekend events. 3 floors. All stairwells well lit. Bedrooms comfortable. The top floor was a bit warm, but the fans kept it cool enough for us. Great centralized location. Neighborhood was quiet. Parking was easy and off the street. Had access to garage. Kitchen well stocked with appliances, kitchen utensils, coffee maker, plates…all that we needed.Host was very responsive and helpful when I had questions. He also told us the quirks of the VRBO which is helpful too so we could help take good care of the property. Would stay here again."
