The room was on the ground level so walked out onto the gorgeous sprawling golf course and the lake and the beautiful pool/hot tub facilites. The location was great for where you meet to start a Clemson tour, however it's completely away from the main part of campus and the town otherwise, so nothing is really walkable from it. That's not a big deal b/c everything is a less than 5-10 min drive and the location is so pretty and peaceful it's worth it. we used the pool and hot tub at 8pm and were the only ones there and it was really lovely. The bed was incredibly hard, which was my only complaint.

Room was very nice and clean. We checked in later in the evening and the staff at the front desk was not welcoming. We were not greeted and no information was offered. They just took my name, payment and said thanks. Not hospitable. Checkout (morning staff) was completely different, a lot more professional.

Nice quiet location! Front desk employee at check in and check out was not very friendly at all. He didn’t make us feel welcome at all. We did like that they had a Starbucks onsite. The rooms are nice a bit dated but beds were comfortable and room was clean. The Sole on the Green restaurant has a beautiful view but food was subpar for the prices charged. Wouldn’t recommend! Overall a pretty ok stay when visiting Clemson.. not 5 star but at-least it was clean, quiet and comfortable.

Nice place. But not really full service hotel. There is a mediocre restaurant in the complex. Nice pool. Limited food and drink food options. Not great gym. Overall it’s a good value. I would definitely stay here again. But it’s not really a resort hotel
