graduation party

the house was just what we were looking for in a vacation rental. it was in a quiet area with not much traffic on the road or on the lake. the cove provided a great place to swim & kayak. the kids loved swimming in the pool & making som'ores in the fire pit at night. overall we will consider coming back sometime.

This is a great property, its a beautiful home and the location is perfect. All the amenities were as described and worked well. However, the down stairs bathroom was out of service due to a drain issues. The property manager did contact us a couple days prior to check in and discussed the issue with us. Its was some what of an inconvenience due to the number of people we had staying but we managed it. The only issue i had was that for the nightly rate i payed i should have been offered a discount due to the bath being out of service. Other than that the stay was great and we plan on reserving it for next year.

Awesome place on lake with updated ammenities.

I could tell this place was going to be great from the get go. Opened the door to a very clean rich hotel smell and bowl full of snacks right on the kitchen counter. Very welcoming feel when arriving. Place had all the updated appliances like electronic up/down shades, kuereg machine, electric reclining seats, etc... Pool was great too. Very clean and temperature was just right. Dock was great too. Only complaint I had about the entire stay was I was told one slip on the dock was unoccupied and I could use it for my boat but that was not accurate. It was unoccupied yes but i could not use it because it had an electric lift in that area and the panel to control it was locked. I had to use the side of the dock instead of the slip which was a little disappointing and not the easiest to secure. I think the ad should specify you can use the dock but will have to tie to the side of it and not in the actual slips. All in all though that was the only thing that was not great. EVERYTHING else at this place was perfect. Host was great as well with perfect communication and even let me checkout late upon request. If you stay here you wont be disappointed and will want to stay again; I know we will be back.
