This 2443 Sq ft, 4 bed, 3 bath house can easily sleep 8 or more, 8 adult size beds it makes a great house for a retreat, golf outing, or family reunion. Big dock, it features a great view, a large back lawn with easy access to the lake, 2 large fireplaces, decks overlooking the lake, wireless internet, and a charcoal grill.

A Second living area on the lower floor is great games, small meeting, watching TV, or just relaxing on the couch.

Located on big water just cross from Portman Marina ( The Galley Restaurant )

Great Location

Very clean. Tina was very receptive and communication was great. Sunset views are amazing. We stayed over Memorial weekend and could see the fireworks from the shores of Asbury. We look forward to coming back.

Visit to view Clememson University

We had a short stay. The host had the AC and a light on when we arrived which was very thoughtful. The house is beautifully located. Loved sitting on the covered dock in the morning with my coffee and listening to all the beautiful birds. The house is very comfortable. Very comfortable beds with nice linens and pillows. Well stocked. Wish we had a couple more days to enjoy the place.

Rented for parents weekend. 20-25 min. From Clemson. Had a great stay! Great View of lake from house and wonderful dock. Host was very accommodating.

Perfect Waterfront Home on Hartwell

Our family stayed in this home during a bass fishing tournament that my son was fishing in. The location was minutes to Green Pond Landing where the weigh-ins were each day. The property was private and amazing. The house was comfortable and extremely clean. We will definitely book this home in the future.

Book Club Retreat

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the house on Lake Hartwell! Our hostess and team were very conscientious and helpful in taking care of all our needs. Totally recommend this property and this hostess for a lakefront vacation! The house accommodated our group well: we had a dining table around which all of us could gather, and there was sufficient space in the family room for us all to sit and discuss books. Everyone enjoyed the access to the lake - some had fun in the water and some were spectators -- and a great location for conversations and relaxing. The deck overlooking the lake was also a great place to hang out and chat after dinner. Many thanks to Tina for a lovely and memorable stay!

Great, relaxing 5 days!

This house was perfect for our stay! The teenagers had their own little retreat downstairs - with a door we could close off of them - and we had the perfect space upstairs. The house was very comfortable in all respects. Nice neighborhood. Convenient to 85 and the grocery store. Property management was attentive and responsive. It was the perfect fit for our stay and we look forward to staying there again!

Great property on the lake!

We enjoyed our stay!! We want to come back. House is lakefront with large deck. Beds are so comfortable. Tina was very great with communication. Has an extra fridge downstairs which was convenient for us. Smart TVs are in the den, master, downstairs den and downstairs king bed. Perfect for our family. 5 stars!!!!

My family stayed at this lovely lakefront property for my daughter’s graduation. Not only was the home clean, welcoming, and fully supplied, I can’t say enough good things about the property manager and Kathy and her husband. Every request was met with grace and kindness. Great Location!

The house was just what we needed for our stay on Hartwell. The bedroom AC unit probably needs replacing. The manager tried to be accommodating, but they really need to just replace it. Otherwise everything was really great!
