"There were many things in disrepair. Door going into Lobby broken, about to fall off. Ripped carpets in hall, broken hand held shower wand in our bathroom, no hooks in bathroom for used towels or robes. Microwave didn’t work, was unplugged for that reason, also words on front of microwave NOT in englis. Plumbing dripping from faucets on top of sink and somewhere on floor under sink. Room 214. No hot tub even though pictures show one. The bed was very comfortable though!"

"We had a perfect stay at the Oxford Suites in Redding. The staff members were all excellent; super helpful and pleasant. Nice room. Comfortable mattress. Yummy breakfast. "

"I got down to the breakfast hall about 15 minutes before breakfast was over. The pancake dispenser was out of batter. I went to notify the front desk and nobody was there. I started trying to wrestle up something else for breakfast. There was preformed scrambled egg patties, and sausage patties. The eggs were awful. So I was really hoping for some pancakes. When the young Hispanic lady at the front desk with piercings and tattoos finally showed up, I had informed her that the pancake dispenser was out of batter. She told me directly after that that it was 9 AM and she would be cleaning up the breakfast and it was over anyways. I looked at my watch and it was seven minutes till. I informed her that I had been waiting and it had been out for the last 15 minutes. To that she did not respond. Also in my room, I had grabbed the nightstand next to the bed and pulled it over towards the chair so I could have a little table to eat at while watching TV. Behind the nightstand, I found a 3 inch long, purple straw that I can only assume was used for doing drugs. Not a great experience."

" The lady at the desk was very sweet and corrected an error I made in my booking. After a day of travelling in the heat with no AC I was so happy the air-conditioning worked fantastic. I don't know if all the rooms were like our king room but it was HUGE. I really liked that it wasnt cluttered with furniture that is often not even used. I would absolutely stay at this location again. 🌺 "
