"Very courteous staff. Good clean hotel in south Mumbai. We enjoyed our stay for the second time at this hotel. Good choice of breakfast. A wonderful view of the queen’s necklace from the ocean view rooms is the sunset too. "

"Staff were super helpful, room was clean, 'smart' and lovely, couldn't be nicer. The art was not particularly to my taste. Only thing is, I booked this hotel for the caves look, disappointed I did not get.Apparently only 2 rooms like that, and were not even available to view, apparently under maintenance HOTELS.COM pictures are very misleading."

"Love everything about this hotel. I stay here everytime I visit Mumbai. Beautiful clean rooms, exemplary customer service right from check in till check out. My flight was delayed and they extended my check out time by few hours which was very helpful. The restaurants in this hotel are just amazing. Must try! The morning breakfast is not to be missed either. "
