The check in was easy and quick with a recently renovated hotel everything looked good and the beds were comfortable. Would definitely recommend anyone in the area it is worth the stay.
The staff were accommodating, attentive and pleasant. The beds and linen were comfortable and soft ,attention to detail in the cleaning of the room was at a high standard as was the rest of this hotel in Andover Ma.
It’s location, it’s amenities and it’s quiet surroundings. I also liked its prices in its Bistro restaurant on premise for breakfast and dinner. The staff were very helpful polite and accommodating, especially Matt at the front desk. One significant feature is the shallow balcony that each room above ground level had throughout the hotel this access to the outdoors was a plus.
