"First of all, I'm going to start by saying it was so hard to leave this place! Pete is an above and beyond kind of host, so friendly. The house is a one of a kind architectural delight! Plenty to do in this area, including state forests and parks. Corning,NY not too far and a wonderful city with Corning glass factory tours. You won't regret staying here it's a big beautiful paradise."

"We loved our stay at this rental. We were in town for a college visit at St.Boneventure and this was a quick 30 min drive for us. Cozy home that was clean, and easy to access. The shower and bathroom set up for a tiny house was beautiful. Only suggestion would be the TV set up is a little small and awkward and I feel there is room for a larger bed in the loft area. Was just a little to small for 2 people."

"This is an older home with lots of room. You can tell there have been many gatherings and happy memories made over the years. It’s not fancy but has everything you would need for a comfortable relaxing place to stay. Oh the hidden gem out back is BEAUTIFUL! Busy road out front but we didn’t even notice it when inside or out in back of the property. WiFi was great. Communication with host was excellent! She was so accommodating when we asked to add some days. Our dogs LOVED the large open back...

"I have stayed at about 3 Vrbo homes so far with my boyfriend, (I’m from Washington so it’s quite the treat when I can make my way down!) and this one takes the cake. Absolutely stunning property in the middle of upstate New York, the pictures don’t do it justice! Spacious living room with a television, very comfy couch and chairs, and a very comfortable queen sized bed in an adorable master bedroom. The host makes you feel right at home with so many amazing amenities that are rare to find...

"We were looking for a place where we could ride our ATVs and UTV right from the house. This place was amazing! Cute little house was perfect for the 5 of us. We loved the country farm area and enjoyed sitting on the front porch in the morning. We also liked being able to keep our ATVs in the garage. We rode right from the house and were gone all day, but came back and made dinner on the charcoal grill. We also went to The Downey's and Gods Country Creamery. The owners had a manual on the table...

"This is a beautiful place to bring your family or just get away with your spouse. The cabins were very clean and comfortable. Beds were big enough to sleep 2 adults. Cabin had electricity with was very helpful for charging phones and having light to see at night. Bathrooms are conveniently located right across from all the cabins which was nice. It was so peaceful being right next to the river, the sounds of nature were very relexing. We will definitely be coming back over and over again to this...

"Nice place to stay, with access to water, canoes, kayak, water trampoline. There were 10 of us that rented and there was plenty of room. Does not have A/C, but was not needed with the nice breeze from the lake and the fans. It was always cool in the house. The lighting is a bit dark in some of the rooms, but was doable. Had everything that you need. It was a nice getaway and I would go back. The shed that has bunks was really nice to sleep in! Thank you for a nice place to stay on our trip!"
