It was horrible, the floors were not vacuumed we had to ASK for a mattress for the pull out bed. They ended up moving us to a different room that was 10x dirtier. The bathtub has standing water in it, and the paint was chipping off the walls and the enamel on the toilets were chipped and scuffed. ...
