"Wow this place is amazing! The space is beautiful, we had a private pool with a view of the ocean and loved every minute of it. The people running the hotel are so thoughtful and make it unbelievably nice. Vicky in particular gave us consent delicious recommendations that did not miss! We had some of the best food in Greece thanks to her! There is every amenity you could want in the hotel and they will drive you up and down the hill to the town which has tons of cute restaurants and shops and some really good dessert spots. And anything you need, you can request through their app, it's so convenient and easy! And at night really it's so relaxing and beautiful, you won't regret staying here. "

"The hotel is in the centre of Zakynthos town, close to excellent local family run restaurants. Parking is a challenge as the hotel does not have onsite parking. The breakfast is very good with sufficient options to eat healthily (ie high protein options - boiled eggs and fresh yogurt)."

For our 25th anniversary, they surprised us with an upgrade from the standard Contessina Hotel to Contessina Suites and Spa and gave us a room with our own private pool, it was absolutely amazing. They also welcomed us with a bottle of wine and provided several great discounts throughout the hotel. The included breakfast was a highlight, with fresh-squeezed juices and a delicious spread I looked forward to every morning. But the best part?
