8.6/10 Excellent! (3,060 reviews)
The hotel itself is amazingly beautiful. It is well maintained and so so clean. The staff is amazing. Everyone that we encountered was smiling, helpful and so very nice. We really enjoyed our time. I enjoyed watching the cruise ships come in and go out. The beach is perfect and the water is crystal clear and warm. There were plenty of lounge chairs both by the pool and on the beach. I loved being able to walk nearly everywhere we wanted to go. You can just go out the back by the pool and go to Margaritaville and Senor Frogs. There are plenty of places eat that you can walk to day or night.
