Micra Anglia was a lovely Boutique Hotel. It was spotlessly clean everywhere. All of the staff were very friendly and helpful at all times. George in particular should have a special mention. The food was brilliant and breakfasts were very relaxed with homemade and farm fresh foods.

Excellent hotel - best ever holiday

After initially having a room with some degree of noise from the reception area, we were moved immediately to a much quieter room which met our needs for our 2 week stay. The team could not have been more friendly and helpful throughout our stay. In fact we feel like we made some very good friends and were sad to leave. We found our little piece of heaven and will definitely be back. Thank you to you all. X

A family destination wedding (a big fat Greek one) brought us to Andros. My wife and I and another couple ended up staying at Micra Anglia for four nights and that was a fantastic choice. The location is great should you decide to stay in Hora (Χώρα in Greek - that's how the Islanders call the city of Andros. There's a guest parking lot across the street and you get your own remote gate opener. The service is fantastic. Everyone working at the hotel are so friendly and nice and welcoming. We've got only very positive comments to make. The food is great -- field to table type of deal and the quality is there to prove it. My very personal favorite was the risotto calamari...it was divine. If you happen to be in Andros you must visit Dolly's (their restaurant) and try it. Perhaps it would be a good idea to chat with the lovely restaurant manager so she can suggest a nice wine to go with it. I had a Potamisi (local white wine) and loved it, but they've got others for you to choose from. All-in-all a great experience. Thank you all at Micra Anglia for making our stay so memorable. Andros is lovely by the way 😉

Gorgeous and truly elegant. Impeccable service and care - the best of Greek hospitality! Cannot recommend enough. Location perfect for a beautiful stroll in the historic streets of Andros. Lots of restaurant options in walking distance. An authentic experience free of the tourist masses. Did not get a chance to use the spa (no time), but next time would love to indulge. The food and service at the hotel restaurant (Dolly) is sumptuous and service excellent. Breakfast was complete and yummy! Every detail is taken care of. I ended up leaving some valuables at the hotel by mistake. I was contacted right away and they kindly organized a delivery (via taxi) at my car rental return point near Gavrio. So grateful!

Fabulous, modern, central hotel

We loved this hotel, which was made particularly special by the friendliness and helpfulness of the staff who went above and beyond their roles to ensure we had a good stay. We didn't get to eat in the restaurant but the buffet breakfast was excellent

Fab little hotel

The hotel is really lovely in a good location. Everything is of such a high standard with so much attention to detail. Exceptionally clean. Nice that a lot of the character of the building has been retained. Nice outside patio pool area. Breakfast was delicious and very well presented. Staff super friendly and helpful. Booked to stay one night but ended up staying 3 it was such a delight.

Very comfortable and convenient place to stay

Amazingly friendly staff who will help you sort out all the activities you want to do on the island. The hotel breakfast was also one of the best I've had in a long time. Rooms are comfortable and quiet and the location is close to the water, main square and lots of good restaurants.
