The ground floor consists of the living area, a fully equipped kitchen and a WC. In the living area there are two single sofa-beds. The first floor hosts a bedroom, with a double bed and a sea view balcony, and a bathroom. In the semi-basement there is the second bedroom, a kitchen, a playroom with a double sofa-bed and a bathroom. The access to the semi-basement is possible both with an external and an internal staircase.
