We enjoyed our stay at this great place in Angel Fire! The location was perfect for skiing! The condo was clean and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay!
My family and I stayed a week in this lovely home. The home is fully equipped with everything you need, great internet connection and well furnished. Highly recommended.
The condo was beautiful and the layout was neat. The neighborhood was nice and quiet. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook. A big plus was it was about a 10 min walk to the Angel fire resort.
This is our second time to stay at the property. Everything was great. Late night games around the kitchen table, relaxing by the fire and watching TV and a perfect little garage for our ski gear each day. We will likely stay again next year!
Lots of Pros - very close to resort amenities, quiet area, very clean inside, beautiful interior, kitchen is well stocked with more than basics, washer/dryer works well, easy to get in and out of complex.
Very few cons - must take trash to dumpster that's not located at the resort, WiFi keeps kicking off (diffult when attending zoom meetings), doors do not close very well, fans not level and are loud when on.
The nicest place we’ve stayed in AF. Kitchen was well equipped with decent pots, pans, knives, etc. The property accommodates two families with young children well. The garage isn’t sized for motor vehicles and won’t accommodate one. It’s perfect for a bunch of bicycles though! Access to the lifts was quite good.
This is a luxury, tastefully decorated, beautiful condo! Be prepared to be "wowed" upon entry! It is well stocked with kitchen and bath essentials, the beds are comfortable, and the location is great, just a couple of blocks from the ski resort. The grandkids loved the loft, which offers much extra sleeping space and a room for them to call their own.
Unfortunately, we stayed during an unusual heat wave, with temperatures above 80 degrees. As with most properties, there is no air conditioning, and the windows in the loft do not open. Even with the provided fan, it was too hot to use. The bedrooms on the middle floor were also warm, even with windows open and fans going.
Even so, I would definitely book this property again! It is rare to find such a tastefully decorated rental. It was a joy to return each day after our adventures!
This property was perfect for us. The kitchen was well stocked with all cooking utensils needed, nice new appliances - all was great. Great dining area - family dinners and game nights were perfect! Living - couch is great, TV is big - mounted a little high to be comfortable, but worked good. *Note - no cable provided, have to log in to stream anything on LG tv. Upstairs - beds were very comfortable, bed rooms were good sized, bathrooms were great. No complaints here. Top floor loft was awesome - two beds and two huge love sacs and a tv made for an awesome hangout for the kiddos!
Only small complaint - unit wasn't super clean. Dirty blankets/linens in a couple closets, lots of little trash under beds, and some leftover clothing from a previous kid visitor. House Cleaners just need to be a little more thorough, but not a big deal.

The condo was perfect for my friends and I who stayed the weekend. It was in the perfect location and was very spacious for a group of 5. We loved how modern it was! The kitchen had everything you could possibly need. The loft was a bit scary to go up and down for even us grown adults but we managed.
The other downfall was the stong sulfur smell coming from every water source in the unit. We couldn't use it to drink, brush our teeth, make coffee, or even rinse our dishes. The shower also left our hair with a slight smell of sulfur. It wouldn't have been a bad thing if we knew to bring our own or extra water to use for the items mentioned above. Since the smell was so strong especially after taking showers, we had to leave the sliding door open to air out the unit. Just wanted to let other potential guest know to bring extra water!
House is nice, updated. But I can only recommend to stay here in the winter. The house is 3 levels. The first floor- kitchen & living room was a lovely, cool temperature. The second level with 3 bedrooms became much warmer. Fans on & windows open at night were needed to keep the temperature semi-comfortable. The 3rd floor/loft is unusable for sleeping. Which was a problem when we had planned to have 4 people sleep there. There is no circulation, and four windows that take direct sun with no covering or ability to open to vent the hot air. We had people sleep on the floor and couch on the first floor to stay cool. It was around 80° outside during our stay but 90°+ in the loft area. And to compound matters the heating unit was actually turned on when we arrived!! One of the bedrooms did not have a remote to operate the fan/light. So the fan could not be run without having the light on. Which was a problem when it was hot & people wanted to sleep. The garage is not usable, parking could be a problem if more people are staying in the complex (like in the winter), but not very busy during the summer. We would not stay here again.
Great location. We were able to catch shuttle and even walk to and from the mountain. Parking is limited but not an issue. Garage is available for guest use to store skiing equipment but not a vehicle. Condo is wonderfully redecorated. Property management was very responsive. We had a great experience and will be back if condo is available next time. Thank you:)
The condo was good overall, it was very updated and clean.
Parking was not great at all, we had two vehicles which made it more difficult. There is no dedicated spot for this unit, you can not park in front of the garage without blocking other units.
Like many places in Angel Fire, this unit did not have AC. Even though it only got to about 80 during the day, the house was very hot and did not cool that well into the night. It does have celling fans in all bedrooms, which were necessary. The loft only had a small floor fan and was too hot to comfortably sleep.
The last, and in my opinion the biggest issue is trash. They expect you to take your trash to the dump over a mile away. When you have a packed car there is not room, and if its messy you don't want to get that all over. This would be a deal killer for me next time. I've stayed in a ton of short term rental properties and never had to take my trash off sight. We paid over $1000 for 3 nights, this is completely unacceptable.
