Had a Great Skit Trip to Angle Fire with my wife, son, and his buddy who are 16. Place was as advertised, it did have a little smell to it but a little Febreze it was just fine. There were a few lights out but with a text they had people there fixing the problem quickly. It is a small area but it was all we needed. Quick drive to the parking for skiing and into town to get whatever you need. It is up stairs so be ready to climb stairs just FYI. I’d stay there again. Thanks

Could be nice if some attention was given to it.
This condo has been modernized, but when I say there it smelled awful.
The condo had a horrid odor of sewer as soon as the door was opened. The Wi-Fi did not work and the issue was never resolved. Would not recommend.

Nice property, some improvements needed
Comfortable space, living room a bit awkward, no dining space, though there is a fold out table and chairs provided in a closit. Bedrooms and large. Location was hard to find, wrong address was listed, when called the number the rep was super helpful. We suggest dropping a pin and providing that instead of the address. The ventilation at the property is terrible for cooking, the entire place smells like grease, the fire alarm went off every time so we had to have the door open. The microwave has an exhaust fan but I am not sure that it pulls the odors out, I don’t think it leads anywhere but back into the home. Kitchen was sufficient but needs to be better equipped with a kettle that works, base was missing, knifes that can be used for cutting while cooking and this is minor but cleaning staff should clean out the drawers and utensil containers, lots of crumbs inside. There is a large TV in the living room that worked when we arrived but once we put a DVD in we found no remote for the DVD player and when removed the DVD to go back to TV the TV no longer worked. We followed all instructions provided with no results. The TV in the bedroom and DVD player does not work at all. The location was convenient to skiing angel fire, there is a shuttle stop right at the entry to property, 2 second walk, call the number on the stop and you will be picked up within 10 minutes. Nice grocery store near by and gas station, plenty of small places to eat. This is not a fancy resort type location, it’s small and good for families with small kids, people were all super friendly. We would recommend this place if the above items are addressed.
Nice weekend trip to Angel Fire to listen to my son play music.
The condo was OK for the one night . It did not have an automatic drip coffee maker we used a percolator coffee maker this morning . that would be my only complaint other than that it was a cute place

There are two Mammoth Rds in the same area. The directions to us to someone's home. Upon arrival, the cable was out and there was no internet. Someone FINALLY came out to look at it but not for 22hrs after our arrival. I requested a different unit several times but did not receive an answer.... or maybe I didn't but didn't receive it due to being in the mountains with no reception or internet. Will not stay here again.
The room was very clean and quaint. The complex was quite. Was not able to get the TV to work as the Dish wasn't connecting to the speakers. There was a strong sulfur odor from the shower on day one which did create a sewer smell in the entire place but cleared up after the first day. The beds were extremely uncomfortable which is my biggest complaint. .
The property itself is fine. The bedspread has mud on it and there was no tv remote to the living room tv. Tv was still functional with the cable remote. The primary inconvenience is that the physical address to the property is inaccurate. The physical address is for a private residence located at least three blocks away. The parking is very limited as well with no designated parking.

Perfect Place!
Great location and perfectly equipped! We had a fire every night (bring your own wood and fire starter) and enjoyed the large TV after a day out on the slopes. The map didn’t convey the exact location of the property so we did have trouble getting there in the snowy, low visibility and dark conditions. The property answering service was no help but we got very lucky after driving around and found it. Had we not found it on our own, this review would have a completely different tone. Our advice to the rental mgmt company is to update the map with clearer imagery and directions for the exact location. Other than that, it was fantastic! We’d rent this place again!
