Fully Remodeled Condo! Amazing location! Proximity to the ski basin! Very short walk to the ski/bike lift!
Let your outdoor adventure start here!
Short walking distance to the ski lift area, mountain biking, zipline, hiking, and restaurants! Lots of wild life around to adore.
Condo features fully remodeled, very spacious 1 bedroom and 1 full bathroom, full kitchen, large dining and very spacious living area, electric fire place, ski closet, and large balcony with outdoor sitting area. Covered balcony has table and chairs to enjoy the view or meal outside, very spacious balcony. This is the largest one bedroom condo in the area.
Master bedroom offers 1 king bed. A very spacious living room has a queen size sleeper sofa (perfect for a young teen or small children, not suitable for adults).
Conveniently located within 1 short walking block from the ski basin. Easy access to skiing, snowboarding, biking, hiking, zipline, restaurants, grocery store. Condo is on the 1st level. Shuttle stop is just outside the condo unit for your convenience, if needed.

Condo complex has free WIFI available to use. There is a smart 55” TV in the living room and a 30” TV in the bedroom. You’re welcome to bring your plug/play device. Streaming with your plug/play device is available in the living room and bedroom.

Condo is smoke free and no pets, please. It is also against condo’s HOA policies for guests to bring pets.

Free parking is available in the front and back of the building. No parking pass is needed, honor system.

We kindly ask, please remove your shoes and ski/snowboard boots once inside the condo.

Excellent accommodations

We enjoyed staying at this very clean and well appointed accommodation. It was a short and easy walk to the main lift. Alex was quite helpful in providing information on local businesses and restaurants. Would recommend this condo and would reserve it again when we return to Angel Fire.

Cozy, snowy getaway

We had a lovely stay at this condo! It’s in a perfect location, which is close to the ski lift, restaurants, stores, and even the shuttle (to the resort). I would recommend this place for a small family or group of friends.

Perfect getaway

We enjoyed our 3 night stay at this lovely condo. It was as described and check-in was very easy. Clear communication with host. The condo was very clean and comfortable, the location was convenient, and the surrounding trees were peaceful. Perfect for a couple.

Excellent Condo

We had such a great stay at this condo with our small family of 3. We will definitely be back and book this exact condo again, if it's available. The shuttle was right by the condo, super quick walk to the shuttle stop. The condo was clean and has a great kitchen. It was even better that it was on the first floor, so no carrying ski equipment upstairs etc. Do yourself a favor and book this condo!

Great parking close to entrance. Super close to the slope but not quite as close as expected with a "next to lift" description. Within walking distance to a few good restaurants. Really enjoyed being so close to the ski area. Nicely updated accomodations.

Great location!

We stayed at this condo for 4 nights for our family ski vacation. It was so close to the chair lift and within walking distance to restaurants. It was the perfect size condo for our family of 3. The kitchen was fully stocked with all the pots and pans and spices needed to cook daily. 10/10 recommend

Great location

Check-in was the easiest I have ever experienced through VRBO. The condo was the perfect size for my husband and me. It was spotlessly clean and had a great selection of kitchen gadgets and cooking imolements. Bed was comfy and the bathroom was well-stocked. The condo is well-situated in Angel Fire, between lift and grocery store. It is an okder building but the interior has been remodeled and modernized.

Good place for the money, couch and loveseat not too comfy and barstools are about to fall apart but everything else was nice. Patio was covered in dust and seats not really useable. Overall nice and convenient

4th of July

We came to Angel Fire to get away from the Texas heat over the 4th of July. Stayed at the One oh Two and enjoyed our trip. One oh Two is above updated one bedroom condo. Bathroom and kitchen area are very updated, clean and modern. Enjoyed our stay

Perfect minus one issue.

Good times

Place was well maintained and clean. Dishes were exceptionally nice. Everything was new. We really enjoyed this place. Would definitely stay here again. The ONLY slight change in description would be: it is a 4 minute walk to the lifts…if you’re a power walker in sneakers. If you’re in snow boots or ski boots, you’ll find your trek uphill in both directions arduous and exhausting while carrying your gear. I’m 6’2” with an athletic build and the walk back was not my favorite. Again, the place itself is wonderful and worth it!

As a former hotel room inspector I saw a few minor issues; baseboards not painted, no written instructions for stove or microwave, no written instruction where to place used bath towels/cloths. The one major issue of concern was no reflective tape or markings on the steps at the door. Overall, it was a very good stay and clean Thank you. I would reccomend
