Not only does Monte Verde lake offer incredible sight seeing, but also activities like paddle boarding, canoeing, and fishing. Travel just a few more minutes down the road to get to Angel Fire resort for golfing, skiing in winter, mountain biking in the summer, pickle ball courts and a great park.
*We do recommend having 4-wheel drive in the winter or snow tires/chains as even though our driveway is plowed that will make the roads more manageable in the snow.

This home is a split level three story home with three bedrooms and three bathrooms. The top floor has a Master bedroom with a queen bed and full bath and another bedroom with a queen bed. The main floor contains the living room and kitchen with a wood burning fire place. The bottom floor has another bedroom with a queen bed and full bath, laundry room, and the game room with a sleeper sofa.

There is a sitting deck off of the master bedroom and a large back deck with a grill to enjoy home cooked meals and a fire pit for evening smores or with your group enjoying the night sky.
