Step onto the balcony and take in sweeping views of the Sangre de Cristo mountains and the valley below. Kids race up the ship's ladder to claim their loft hideaway while parents unwind in a private queen bedroom with a quiet cup of coffee. The full bathroom offers a glass walk-in shower, a vanity with fresh towels, and standard bath amenities including shampoo, conditioner, and soap.



Living Areas

The bright living area invites reading, games, and easy evenings, with a leather sofa, smart TV, warm wood walls, and the signature ship's ladder rising to the loft. Tall ceilings and big windows keep the forest part of the experience.

The kitchenette makes casual meals easy, with a coffee bar, Keurig, mini fridge, microwave, and live-edge bar seating beneath a forest-view window. A breakfast bar with stools is the perfect spot to gather.

Guest Access:

• Guests have full, private access to the entire treehouse, including the wraparound balcony and gear closet.

• The Treehouse has its own separate driveway and entrance, apart from the Lodge.

• Self check-in is available via keypad smart lock for simple, flexible arrival.

• This is a shoe-free home; please remove footwear on entry.

• Street parking is prohibited in Angel Fire; please park in the designated space.

• In winter, AWD/4WD and chains are required on mountain roads. A plow service runs as needed, but please be prepared for extreme weather. Sierra Sol is not responsible for an inability to reach the property without a 4WD/AWD vehicle.

It is a calming mountain base for both winter ski trips and green-season adventures.



Getting Around:

• Angel Fire Resort: about 10 minutes by car for skiing and mountain biking

• Cougar Trail and Carson National Forest: walking distance from the property

• Angel Fire Country Club: short drive for golf and dining

• Monte Verde Lake: a few minutes by car for fishing and paddleboarding

• Taos: roughly a 45 minute drive for dining, art, and culture

• A personal vehicle is recommended; AWD/4WD is necessary in winter

• Check-in begins at 4:00 PM, and check-out is by 10:00 AM.

• Maximum occupancy is 6 guests. Only registered guests are permitted.

• The loft is reached by a ship's ladder and is not suitable for unsupervised small children or guests with mobility concerns.

• This is a high-elevation home at about 9,200 feet; take it easy and hydrate on your first day.

• No smoking, parties, or events.

• This is a quiet, private setting; please be respectful of the peace and the wildlife.

• In winter, AWD/4WD and chains are required for mountain access.

• The home does not have air conditioning, which is typical for this mountain climate.
