Hotel was in an ideal location near the airport and the mall. Staff were friendly and helpful. The room was a little outdated as it was in the older building with older light fixtures that had broken light shades and scratches on the mirrors. It was otherwise a pleasant stay for the one night needed for me and my group as it was a spacious room with three beds which you rarely see in a hotel space.

The staff and service was all top notch. The facilities were great although they were starting to age. The breakfast buffet has to be seen to be believed. The only thing That I found to be a annoying was the WiFi, it was slow, spotty, and unreliable, not real important to me but could be for some people

While the hotel was clean and staff was very professional and very friendly, the entire hotel looked old compared to the newer hotel and casino that was built next to it. The breakfast buffet however was very sumptuous and the variety was great. Again staff was very professional and service was quick.

Hotel is a bit run down. Room had odor and traffic noise was bad. Also hallways had these air freshener machines and the fragrance was overwhelming and too much. Like they were trying to cover up a bad smell. Staff was nice. Breakfast was subpar too.

Booking online didn’t clearly mention that the hotel has two buildings (new and old). I assumed it was only one building, so when we checked in, we were surprised to learn our room was in the older building. I think this should be explained better during the booking process to avoid confusion. It would also be helpful if the hotel provided power converters/adapters for guests who may need them. The free buffet breakfast had plenty of food options, which was great. However, most of the food was only warm instead of hot. They should monitor and maintain proper food temperatures for safety and better quality. On the positive side, the staff were wonderful, friendly, and very helpful. Overall, we appreciated their service.

Excellent Place To Stay In Angeles Pampanga

Excellent place to stay for a short or long vacation the staff are very friendly, food was great the restaurant where we eat for breakfast was super clean.
