"The check in staff was friendly and very helpful. I got to the hotel a little early and my room wasn’t ready, but they made sure that my Luggage was safe and sound until I could check in. They offered me water and we’re very professional. This location is walking distance to restaurants and shopping in old town Pasadena which I absolutely Love! I would highly recommend this hotel to friends and family."

"Air conditioner is fine and you clean your rooms and give you good towels toilet paper good bring the plunger if you need it to flush the toilet if some get stuck in it so it’s been good"
