Nestled on the 1st floor of a building without a lift, this 35 m² accommodation combines modern comfort and a cosy atmosphere, ideal for a successful stay as a couple, with friends or family.
Capacity: up to 4 people
The accommodation consists of:
Bright living space: living room with a double sofa bed, perfect for accommodating 2 additional people.
Main bedroom: Queen size bed, comfortable and intimate.
Fully equipped American kitchen: induction hobs, refrigerator, freezer, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, kettle, toaster and all the utensils necessary for cooking as if at home.
Bathroom: spacious shower, toilet, towels provided, shower gel.
Practical equipment: bedding included, washing machine, hairdryer, Wi-Fi.

Located in a quiet neighbourhood of Angers, ideal for enjoying the city while remaining peaceful.
