Nice 2-bedroom flat of 50 m² located on the 3rd floor of a residence, Rue du Pré-Pigeon in Angers. Ideal for a solo stay, as a couple or with family, this accommodation can welcome up to 4 people.

The accommodation will be ready for you upon arrival: end-of-stay cleaning, bed linen and towels provided for a worry-free arrival.



Exit Instructions Mandatory

The included cleaning corresponds to a standard service. To guarantee consistent quality for everyone, it is mandatory to:

Wash and put away the dishes

Empty the refrigerator

Take out the bins to the designated locations

Gather used laundry in the entrance of the accommodation



In the event of non-compliance with these instructions or if thorough cleaning proves necessary, a supplement will be applied (AirCover or security deposit).
