"Our arrival at the hotel around 10 AM was challenging. Hotel staff perform multiple duties and there is not always someone at the front desk to open the door. We were forced to wait on the sidewalk for about a half hour until another guest left because there is no communication device at the front door. (Word of advice - make sure your cellular plan is active before you arrive.) However, from the moment we finally met a staff member, we felt the staff went out of their way to make sure we enjoyed our stay. Our room was basic but was spacious and very clean. Breakfast exceeded our expectations."
