Great base for a family weekend

This is a great house for an extended family holiday. Plenty of space in both rooms and living areas. Lots of thoughtful conveniences and the view is spectacular. The little ones loved seeing kangaroos. Highly recommend this property.

Anglers reach stay

The house was well set up, lovely and warm and in a beautiful spot with views to the lake and a bush backyard, with lots of Kangaroos, wombats and even an echidna.

This place was very suitable for our needs . It was spacious and warm with a great outlook onto the lake. Parking was great for our boats. The only improvement could be a much needed updated bbq. I would stay again in the future.

Fabulous family snow holiday

Lovely well appointed house. We had our first big family holiday to introduce the grandkids to skiing. The house was perfect for our large extended family. The kitchen was well equipped. Large living areas and big dining table we could all sit at. Bedrooms were lovely.

Snowy getaway

The property offered plenty of space, making it ideal for a large family. The kitchen was well-equipped with all the essentials, and the appliances were modern and in excellent condition. Given the number of guests the property accommodates, having a dishwasher and extra heating in the bedrooms—particularly during colder weather—would have made the stay even better. Communication with Anne was excellent, with prompt and helpful responses throughout.

Good property in good halfway location.

The house was spacious and was exactly as described in the add. Easily fits multiple families . Being 50 mins from Mt Selwyn, 1hr from Jindabyne and Cooma and 1.5 hrs from Perisher made it very convenient. We drove to both snow fields while staying there. Communication with Ann prior to the stay was good with Ann responding promptly to any questions i had. Definitely would stay here again.

overall was a good experience, we could not use the outdoor area at all because there was no lights. ciuldn't do BBQ as well. should install lights in that area. washrooms should have some locks, for privacy purpose.

Beautiful home

We booked this property to go to Selwyn. Unfortunately Mother Nature had other ideas and the snow season was cut short. We decided to proceed with our booking and we were not disappointed. The property manager Ann was AMAZING to deal with. She got back to any email straight away and was super helpful making suggestions where to eat/ what to go etc. The house itself is spacious and extremely clean and modern. There are plenty of beds and everything you need to have a great holiday. The amount of wildlife around the property was so lovely to see and waking up to the beautiful view of the lake never got old. We will definitely be returning. Thank you for a wonderful stay.
