The accommodation;
When you pass through the gate, you will notice this majestic palm tree, planted like a monument, right next to the studio.

You will love the calm of Chiberta, the bike rides, the meals on the terrace or the comfort of the bedding.

Free parking inside the property or free outside.

In August the house is for rent. Depending on its availability, you can rent the house/studio set.

4 bicycles (non-electric) are available for rent at €50 per bike for the duration of the stay.PGJyPg

The keys are given by a member of the team who is also present to answer your questions.

We offer a late arrival service on request (to be booked in advance):
-30€ between 8pm & 9pm.
-50€ between 9pm & 10pm.
-70€ between 10pm & 11pm. No reception beyond that.
To be paid in cash or by cheque on arrival (against a receipt) or by bank transfer to the agency before your arrival.

Childcare equipment rental or extra fans: 50€ (for the entire duration of the stay)

We invite you to respect the time of the appointment you have set for us. Do not hesitate to arrive a little early on the set time. In case of delay in the check-in time initially agreed with you, our hostess will not be able to wait for you.
Another appointment time must be set and you will be charged 30€.

Fee of 50€ for an arrival on December 24 &, 31 after 6 p.m., and on December 25 & January 1 to be paid on arrival in cash or check (against a receipt).

In case of loss of the key to the accommodation during your stay, it is the lock of the door that must be changed. The cost of this action will be deducted from your deposit.

Concerning the end-of-stay cleaning & Laundry package included in your reservation:
We provide linen treated by a professional service, prepare the apartment for your comfort and your arrival, and carry out the cleaning at the end of the stay.

Any trip that is not of an emergency nature will be charged to the tenant. This is to limit abusive travel. Do not hesitate to enquire.
