The Space:
O espaço é integrado e funcional. São dois quartos bem ventilados, ambos com ventilador de teto, acomodando confortavelmente até 5 pessoas: no primeiro quarto, cama de casal, armário para roupas e penteadeira; no segundo, dois beliches e armário para roupas.

A sala é ampla e arejada, com sofá, mesa e TV conectada a serviço de streaming.

A cozinha é completa: geladeira, fogão, forno, micro-ondas, cafeteira elétrica, liquidificador, sanduicheira, filtro de água, armário e despensa, jogo de mesa, louças, talheres, panelas, panos de prato e utensílios básicos, inclusive utensílios para churrasco.

O banheiro, embora compacto, é bem estruturado: chuveiro quente, sabonete e espelho.

Na área externa, quintal com churrasqueira portátil, cadeiras e um chuveirão perfeito para o pós-praia.

A localização é um diferencial: além da Praia de Monsuaba, dá para curtir a Praia da Biscaia e fazer passeios de barco para as Ilhas Botinas e a Ilha Cataguás, roteiros clássicos de Angra dos Reis.
