"I felt so safe. Staff were great and so helpful. Area around the hotel is a 10 min mall and the beach is across the street. Breakfast buffet was amazing. Initial room has a strange smell so was kindly upgraded to sea view. Staff again were so accommodating. Will definitely be returning. "

"I had a wonderful stay at The OQ in Lusail. The hotel is brand new, and it truly reflects that with its elegant decoration and high-quality furniture. Everything was spotlessly clean, and the hotel had a pleasant, refreshing scent throughout. The staff were friendly and cooperative, making the stay even more enjoyable. However, there were a couple of minor inconveniences. The coffee machine in the room was not functioning, and even after the hotel replaced it, it still didn’t work properly....

The staff were genuinely friendly and went out of their way to be helpful, which made my stay even more enjoyable. For the first time, I found myself truly wanting to return to a hotel. "Upon our arrival at Hilton The Pearl, we encountered a minor hiccup as we were initially given a smoking room despite our request for a non-smoking one. However, the staff was incredibly accommodating and promptly changed our room, setting a positive tone for our stay. The rest of our experience was nothing short of wonderful. The hotel's location at The Pearl offers breathtaking views and an elegant environment, perfect for a relaxing getaway. The amenities were top-notch, especially the well-maintained pool area and the fully-equipped fitness center, which allowed us to unwind and stay active. Furthermore, the staff at Hilton The Pearl was attentive, friendly, and went above and beyond to ensure our comfort and satisfaction. Whether it was offering local tips or swiftly addressing any requests, their professionalism truly stood out. Our room, once switched, was immaculate and beautifully appointed, providing a cozy and luxurious space to relax.
