"If you want to experience a wonderful example of our Lord's creation this cabin is perfect! Cabin is on a very private road. No one is on top of you. We celebrated the 4th of July with the fireworks show in Fort Payne that is only 20 minutes away. We also enjoyed antique shopping in Mentone and Fort Payne. Instacart will deliver for an extra 7 long distance fee. You may have to help with directions. Cabin was very clean and stocked with everything we needed. The fence and screened in porch was perfect for our dogs. Very peaceful and we could hear Whippoorwills at night."

"This was perhaps the best cabin we have stayed in ever. Everything was clean, stocked and really cared for. You are out in the middle of the woods, untouched by this world’s cares. If you need a quiet, peaceful getaway then this is the place. Eddie Sue was extremely responsive. You can really tell how much she loves this place. This is not like staying in a hotel or “rent a cabin”. We look forward to coming back here as soon as we can. I read reviews about the internet, but it works about 75% of the time. The purpose of is being here was to get away so it didn’t bother us, we were able to stream some movies to watch when we wanted to and their was enough WiFi connection to make phone calls etc…I cannot say enough about this place, the back deck view of the woods and rocks is awesome. The shower will make you want to take 2 a day and the living room chair will change your world The place is beautiful! Thanks Eddie for everything. "

"Beautiful cabin, beautiful area. I do think the word " River" in the property description is miss leading. If you arrive at property expecting to see the river as I did, you will be disappointed . You will hear it below you but definitely no sight of it. Other than that definitely 5 stars beautiful property. "
