"By far the best hotel we’ve stayed in. Everyone was so friendly. Jaclyn (sorry if I spelled that wrong) was extremely helpful and sent me a few texts throughout our stay to make sure our every need was met. The room was clean and well kept. So much space compared to other hotels we’ve stayed in. The view of the river below was breathtaking. Everything was hard wood from the front desk to the sinks in the bathroom. Just gave that warm cozy feeling. Dinner was delicious as well. It’s right across the street from the train station. So close you can walk to it. My husband, kids and I would give it 10 stars if we could. We will drive all the way back from Texas and stay here again! It’s that good."

"The host was very welcoming and attentive to any of our needs. The location is perfect with beautiful morning views off the front balcony. Nature abounds all around this wonderful abode. The home itself was very clean and had many amenities from cleaning supplies, everything you might need in a kitchen, plenty of bedding and bathroom supplies, and even a few snacks. We truley wanted for nothing. Would gladly stay again. "

"I absolutely loved this place. If I'm ever in Durango again, I would only want to stay here. They have so many amazing little touches - boot tray, rags to clean your boots, rags for removing makeup, a great list of nearby restaurants, etc. Absolutely adored our room & our stay in every way."
