"All the staff were friendly, helpful and attentive. We stayed in a very nice river view room which had a really comfortable bed. There was a lot of choice at the breakfast buffet and we had some of the best food of the holiday when eating at the hotel in an evening. We were very happy with the quiet location of the hotel as this was across the river from the very busy Baga resort and beach, but was within easy walking distance. It was very relaxing lying by the pool and watching the local fishermen. Would definitely use this hotel again if returning to Baga. "

"TLDR: GO! I originally booked the Taj in Candolim, which honestly left a lot to be desired. I stayed one night and immediately moved to the Hyatt and wow… what a difference. From the second I arrived, Along at the front desk and Nok at the lobby bar were super warm and welcoming. It set the tone for the whole stay. There are a ton of little touches that make this place feel special. Great poolside service, killer king prawns from the BBQ, and genuinely friendly staff everywhere you go. At night, the DJ and the fire pit by the pool were such a vibe. The location is perfect too. You’re super close to the chaos of Tito’s Lane, but once you’re inside the hotel it feels calm and relaxed. Best of both worlds. Also, the bar program is legit for a hotel. Actual craft cocktails, not just the usual watered-down classics you expect at a resort bar. I travel a lot for work and personal trips and I’m usually a Hilton guy, but this place seriously impressed me from start to finish. Shoutout to the team because the service really made the stay. Jeevan, Abhi, Nok, and Akash at the lobby bar were awesome (I definitely spent too much time there), and Sitanshu at the pool bar made bomb mojitos with a smile. Srilekha at the front desk was also super helpful and friendly. If you want something affordable, high quality, and right in the middle of everything, this is the move. I'm not sure when I'll be back in Goa but this will undoubtedly be my go to. "

"This hotel was a wonderful hotel in its time. They have not maintained it. However, and the bathroom needs to be completely redone. The water heating system is a problem. Their towels and their linen is not hygienic and really old. I do like this property, but they really have to do it up service, the bathrooms and get new linen and towels."

"Dear Management, I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with my recent stay at your hotel. My family and I were allocated a room on the 3rd floor, directly below a pub located on the 4th floor. Unfortunately, loud noise and music continued until 3 AM on both nights of our stay, making it extremely difficult for us to sleep or relax. This caused a great deal of discomfort and affected the quality of our entire trip. In addition to the noise disturbance, the room provided was not suitable for a family. There was barely any space to move around, and it lacked basic amenities such as carpeting, which made it feel cold and uninviting. Overall, the room did not meet the standards expected for a comfortable family stay. I request that you look into this matter seriously and take appropriate steps to prevent such experiences for future guests. I also kindly ask for compensation or a partial refund for the inconvenience we faced during our stay."
