The staff is kind ... The kitchen manager is friendly and helpful person ... The room is clean and warm. The only problem is that the receptionist asks for an additional amount and says that the system doesn't prove that the full amount was paid from Expedia, which forced me to open my bank application and prove that the full amount was paid from my account

Great location, rooms are really neat and clean and breakfast was good. The staff is really friendly and helped with our luggage, getting us Taxis and answer questions about getting around. It is also walking distance from the Mall and Atakule Tower where you can get 360 degree view of Ankara.

saç kurutma çalışmıyor, duş su vanası duvara çarptığı için tam açamıyorsunuz ve ince bir su ile duş almak zorunda kalıyorsunuz. telefon çekmiyor. wifi sürekli kopuyordu. kapalı otoparkı yok aracı valeye bırakmak zorunda kalıyorsunuz. yer bulmak sıkıntıydı

Gece otele geldiğimizde asansör çalışmıyordu. Klima sistemi manuel ayarlanıyor. Hassasiyeti 3 derece falan. Ya sıcakta ya soğukta yatıyorsunuz. Şu an odada sıcaktan uyandım.

Her konuda her zaman yardımcı oldular. Yine tercihim Kesinlikle Days Otel olur. 👍
