The staff are very professional, friendly, and helpful. The buffet breakfast is truly excellent -- SO much variety and abundance. (It would be great if they offered a few more alternatives for people with lactose intolerance or vegans, ie. plant-based (like soy) yogurt and milk (soy, almond, cashew, or oat, for instance.) And I wish they had real orange juice instead of the unhealthy orange drink.) However, our stay was great. A very classy and upscale hotel.

Trying to be a 5 star but not there. Rooms are EXTREMELY small. Barely enough room to walk around the bed and no way you can place 2 suitcases in the room. Staff service was nothing special. Our room had the smell of cigarettes, sink did not work and safe was locked. They failed to tell us the wifi password (user is passport number & password is the room number). We stayed one night only but likely would not recommend.

Generally a good stay. However, I did have to request an iron as it was not it the room when I arrived. The daily brunch was very good and offered plenty of options. Did not try the spa or fitness center although they were available. Convenient to bus stops and plenty of sites within walking distance.

After exploring over 12 hotels in Ankara, I can confidently affirm that New Park stands out as the finest among them. During my four-week stay, I have been thoroughly impressed, and I'm already planning to extend my reservation for an additional two weeks. The staff has been remarkably friendly, the rooms are impeccably clean, the location is ideal, and the internet service is excellent

One of the best hotel in Ankara
I've been in more than 12 hotel in Ankara . some of them has No Air Conditions other has very bad internet and other are in bad locations But this hotel is really one of the best in Ankara I have the , clean , nice place , nice internet , very good breakfast and the staff are very helpful

Nice hotel in the center. Very good staff, friendly and helpful. I chose to take a large room that has not gone through renovation; it was spacious with windows on the street which I like very much. The room's furniture was a bit old but in good condition and clean. There is a renovated part but I made my own choice.
