We stayed for 1 night as a family of 3. The hotel was new, the location was nice, the cleanliness was good. However, a baby bed is important for families. Unfortunately, there are no baby beds. I hope they will fix the deficiencies soon. What comes to my mind; Foot towel, face towel, air conditioner, baby bed, spare blanket, kitchenware. (There is nothing but 2 plates, 2 glasses, 2 knives and 1 kettle)

At first glance, the building’s location and construction look nice and clean. The apartment’s appliances are also clean. However, the area is not quiet. It gets noisy at night, usually from 6 PM until midnight, and sometimes even later. Since the building lacks air conditioning, this problem worsens during the summer because you have to keep the windows open. This means you have to deal with cigarette smoke from people smoking at nearby cafes, as well as noise from neighbors, which is especially unpleasant when trying to sleep. Regarding the kitchen, the amenities are very limited: only two plates, two cups, a very small pan, and a tiny pot for cooking, which isn’t enough for proper meal preparatio not even for two person. There is nothing extra available in the apartment if you wanna do anything else in tems of cleaning or washing. Whenever you need something, you have to go down to the reception and ask if they can provide it. Although it’s a hotel apartment, you might expect basic kitchen items to be readily available. Additionally, unlike a typical hotel, staff do not check in on you, so you have to manage things on your own. Overall, based on my experience with many hotels and hotel apartments, I would not recommend this place to anyone looking for a quiet or convenient stay. Given these issues, I would prefer to stay at a decent hotel next time.

For a fantastic hotel it would be great but a fan in the room during the hot summer. I understand not having an A/C but at least an inexpensive fan would alleviate the heat a little. Other than that small issue it is a fantastic hotel and I will be back.

Sigara içilen, ütüsüz çarşaflı otel😡

3 kişilik oda için açıklamada çekyat demesine rağmen pigme ve kaşektik insanların yatabileceği küçük L koltuk vardı ve 3. kişi için çarşaf havlu vs yoktu. Çarşaflar ütüsüz dürülmüş şekilde getirildi. Görevli ütülemediklerini itiraf etti. En kötüsü gösterilen 2 oda da iğrenç sigara kokuyordu. Sorduğmuzda müşterilerin içtiklerini söylediler ki üçümüzde sigara karşıtı insanlarız .Ankara göbeğindeki otelde sigara içilmeyen oda olmaması çok ayıp bu devirde. Yazık ,otel belli ,yeni yapılmış, eşyalar yeni gibi , ki rezervasyon sebebimiz ama servis bakım (0). Duştaki çeşme başlığı elinizde kalıyor. Mutfak var ekipman yok bardak tabak dışı. Çekyat teklif edildi , yatak korkunç kirli idi. Kısaca 8,5 skoru haketmşyor. Tesise yazık olmuşşşş!!!!!!

Birkaç eksiği dışında her şey güzeldi. Ayak havlusu ve el havlusu eksiği vardı maalesef. Tuvalet kağıdı bir tane daha olabilirdi. Otel genel hatlarıyla gayet temizdi. Tuvalet biz girmeden önce temizlenmiş fakat daha iyi temizlenebilirdi

Tekrar konaklamak isterim.

Konumu çok güzeldi. Henüz yeni bir tesis olduğunu belli ediyor. Diğer otellerde gördüğümüz gibi Odalarda kulak çöpü vb. Kişisel ürünler yoktu. Tuvalet kağıdı bir önceki misafirden kalma 3 yarım rulo şeklinde vardı. 3 kişi kalacak olmamıza rağmen 3. Kişi için havlu, terlik vb. İstemek zorunda kaldık. Ayrıca 3 kişilik yatak kapasiteli, salonda bir adet çekyat var diye yazmasına rağmen salondaki L koltuk yatak olmuyor, yani çekyat değil :) arabamızı kapalı otoparkına koyduk ve bu iyi oldu.
