"I wasn’t told that the hotel was under renovation and the fact that there was no hot tub were the only negatives. Oh and the pool area is VERY slippery. It’s a fall just waiting to happen. Everything else was very good! "

"Polite and attentive staff. Took a couple of return visits to get a room with working key sensor. Beds and bedding were comfy and room was clean, but the window blind was missing about 1/4 of the slats, and there wasn’t a room darkening curtain of any sort. "

"Well our wedding night was ruined because of our Room the walls had cracks all over it out side our door you can tell there was water damage from the 2nd floor that had jacuzzi tubs which we had one reserved when we arrived got told they where closed for renovations on the tubs then got told we would get a different room which I described above, we didn’t even have toilet paper we asks for it an they front desk said it will be 30 mins til the person getting in will have it, waited then went back the guy said still no toilet paper, we went to another hotel. Still waiting for a some kind of response for a refund!! "
