Excellent property, and incredible location in the heart of Ann Arbor. As close as you can get to campus and downtown in many respects, the units were very clean and comfortable. We really enjoyed our time, and Nina made everything easy. Would highly recommend!

This property has an ideal location for those visiting the University. Close to campus as well as the cute downtown area with great restaurants. The unit is spacious, very clean and included basic amenities.
This was a wonderful stay, we visited the University of Michigan for a visit and dance team clinic. The location was perfect close to everything, shops, restaurants, and bars. The property was clean and comfortable and Dina the host was responsive and helpful. Coming back in my next stay at Ann Arbor
This was a fantastic house in downtown Ann Arbor. Walkable to Main Street and anywhere on Michigan's campus. Nina was very helpful with local information and parking advice for additional vehicles.
Fantastic location and super well appointed. The apartment was super clean even though the house is older. Parking was a little less than ideal because we had a big car but listing offered great tips for negotiating the narrow garage. Great communication with the owner
Amazing location. Easy walk to everything, literally just outside your door. Tons of historical charm. Our first time to Ann Arbor and this place was a gem! Nina, the host is great. Wish we stayed a week. Will definitely be back.
This apartment was cozy and really beautiful with all the original art on the walls. We appreciated the well appointed kitchen and the supply of tea and coffee ready for us. This apartment is walking distance from everything you could want, shops, restaurants even movie theaters.
Wonderful place spacious and beautifully appointed. Loved the art and the tea provided was a bonus.Location was unbeatable in the middle of everything!!! Lisa was attentive and provided me with answers to any questions I had immediately. Highly recommend!!
Stay was fantastic! We loved the location and spaciousness of the apartment. Super easy to walk to UM, sporting facilities, restaurants and shops! We parked our large SUV in the garage and left it there for the duration. I highly recommend this property! We hope to stay here again on another visit. Nina was very good with communicating and was a great host.
This is the best VRBO we have ever stayed at! It was clean and nicely decorated, without being overdone. The space and amenities were obviously well thought out. We had everything we needed for a comfortable, relaxing stay.
The location is great for walking to A2's many interesting restaurants and museums. And the host, Nina, was friendly and helpful, without being intrusive. Overall, a solid 10 out of 10!
Place was exactly as advertised in the middle of everything. Within walking distance to restaurants and to Central Campus. You won’t need a car and although it’s a challenge getting into the garage, you will thankful for it with the limited free parking near by. Nina was extremely helpful. We look forward to going back soon
Perfect place right downtown to enjoy our 48 hours with friends. This was the halfway point for both of us. We loved the close proximity to campus, food and shops. Thank you!
Cute little apartment with all we needed. Perfect walking location and close to all that beautiful Ann Arbor has to offer. Beds were comfortable and hosts responsive and communicated great and clear details. Tiny little bit musty smelling and could be winter weather walking in on carpet s but despite, would recommend and return.Smells a ti
Loved this 2 bedroom, 1 bath apartment with a fully appointed kitchen and spacious living room. Nina and Kim have thought of everything! It is a perfect location, easy walking to campus, all of the great restaurants near State/Division area & to Kerrytown. The beds are comfy and bathroom has everything you need. One night we stayed In and made dinner using the grill out back, watched football & enjoyed the living area. A bonus is Nina’s beautiful artwork everywhere. Will definitely be back!
Nina was excellent with her communication and the check in process was excellent. The property was in an excellent location to downtown and the university. It is also near many night time venues and you could hear both bars as well as garbage collection throughout the wee hours. Nina left earplugs in the bedrooms. Very helpful having parking but the garage door had some issues which she quickly addressed.. The rooms were clean but small. Living furniture not the most comfortable for a group but OK. Overall a nice place to be if you are out and about most of the day.
My friends and I, UM alumni, enjoyed a weekend back in Ann Arbor. Great location and the owner was responsive.
We have two areas of criticism. Because the building is on the older side, some amenities weren't as modern as we expected.
The shower had separate hot and cold faucets and it was hard to get in and out because of the layout of the doors.
Also, the TV only had an HD antenna, although it was a smart TV. It took an engineer a couple hours to get reception. Even then, we had to put the antenna in a specific spot to keep the picture.
Finally, we heard sirens late each night. I'm not sure if this is the norm in this neighborhood or if we got unlucky.
Overall, I recommend this property. The critiques are minor vs. the positives.
