Kolanjo was a wonderful host. He is very responsive and quickly answered any questions we had and made sure we had everything we needed. The property is very close to the Big House-- you can actually see it from out in front of the apt building, which was great given we were going to a game the weekend we were visiting. The apartment itself was ample size for me, my husband and daughter. My daughter's bedroom had a code on the door allowing one to either make the apt a two bedroom or one bedroom. The beds were comfortable. The apartment was in fairly good shape though could use a little bit of maintenance (baseboards in bathroom, chip on kitchen counter). There were a lot of air fresheners plugged in when we arrived that we quickly unplugged and let Kolanjo know that it was a bit too much. He was very receptive to the feedback and mentioned the cleaning crew may have overdone it. There is ample parking behind the building and on game day we were guided to a spot as the parking lot is used for paid parking spots. All in all, we had a nice stay largely owing to Kolanjo and his being a responsive and helpful host!
