Really nice hotel. Pool was being maintenanced during our stay but they allowed us to use the hotel next door’s and the onsite bar and restaurant were very convenient. Good breakfast buffet. The bathroom had some mold, and the WiFi wouldn’t connect, but overall the hotel was very clean and nice.

This is the second time this year we have been there. The first time the pool and hot tub were closed our whole stay. This time the hot tub was not operating. The pool and hot tub were our main reason for choosing this hotel. To say the least we were disappointed. At the entrance we used the cement was crumbling but for the most part it is a nice place to stay. The beds are comfy and the rooms are spacious.

Our experience could not have been better. The staff was extremely helpful, accommodated all eight of us into two connecting rooms, even when they were not seemingly available. The breakfast was the absolute best breakfast we’ve ever had in a hotel, and the pool was clean and very warm. We will be making this our regular stop when in the area!

The hotel as a whole was nice, the staff was very friendly and the lobby was a great hang out space. The breakfast had a great selection as well. The one problem we did have though was what we think was bed bugs. 3 of the 4 residents woke up each morning with multiple itchy bumps and have swollen feet and ankles due to some sort of bite.

The property has a good location. Close to thruways, downtown Ann Arbor and the University. It has a great lobby and pool area. It is a bit dated and some areas could use some repair, but overall it was fine. Our room was warm, no matter what we did with the air conditioning.

The staff was very nice and the breakfast dependable (although they did not always have fruit or pastries). IN the room, there was no plug for the tub, the refrigerator was so cold it froze all my food, the coffee maker did not work, and the hairdryer would only dry on high. Three times my key didn't work and I had to get it re-keyed at the desk. The laundry room is outside and the door does not close or lock.

The location met our needs. Continental breakfast was fine. Room air conditioning would not go below 74 degrees. Exercises room treadmill was not working the first day. Repaired for day 2. The disinfectant wipes out on day 2 and 3 of our stay. Front desk was made aware after day 1. Still empty when we left day 4. The hotel could use upgrades.

Our stay was great. Breakfast selection was awesome. My kids loved the pool. I had the suite with the 2 bedrooms. In one bedroom the A/C unit worked great but the other room’s A/C unit did not work. But I did buy a small table fan and it was just fine. For the price that we paid everything was great
