Don’t believe the pictures; the air conditioned comfort penthouse advertised does not have windows in the walls of the apartment, and was barely ‘indoors’ much less ‘air conditioned’. There is a single room with air conditioning. The room itself has a broken window that does not enable to close the window which makes the air conditioning pointless. "Fiquei impressionado com apto, compacto e bem dividido, itens em condições boas, mas faltou o controle da tv e do ar condicionado da sala (o controle do ar depois foi fornecido). Tive um problema com o chuveiro, fiquei mais de um dia usando apenas o chuverinho, depois foi corrigido. Gostei da academia (mesmo havendo poucos aparelhos [sendo necessário um cross ober para melhora a experiência]) e da piscina. Café da manhã com poucas opções, mas suficiente para se alimentar."
