Anna Spring

These apartments are in a superb location, close to so many of the interesting sites, restaurants and public transport. The entrance to the building is a bit off putting but our apartment was fine. It was very clean and well equipped. The kitchen even had a washing machine which we did not expect! We received emails in advance with instructions for everything in the room and the codes to access the building. From that point of view it is eather impersonal but the ladies at reception were pleasant and helpful when needed. We had issues with the electronic lighting. It was temperamental to say the least and frequently turned itself off while we were in the room. Bernadette was helpful in trying to iron out the problems which worked for a short time but then reverted to erratic behaviour. The apartment was too warm, even with the radiators turned off. In summary it was a good stay but could have been better if the heating and lighting issues were dealt with.
