It is a very pleasant accommodation, where you feel at home. Nothing is missing. Located in a quiet and pleasant neighborhood, and just a short ten-minute walk from the historic center of Annapolis.

Great location , comfortable, cozy place!

The apartment was very clean and had everything we needed. A short walk to downtown with many shops , bars and restaurants. Would definitely stay again!

Great location

This property was in a great location. We never stepped into our car whether we stayed very local to eat or have a cocktail or we took a water taxi or uber, everything was a hop, skip and a jump away. We really enjoyed our stay. The apartment was clean and communication with the host was easy and helpful always in a timely manner. Perfect place for my and my friend.

Excellent!

Hosts were super easy to communicate with and replied very quick. Location is very close to downtown without all of the traffic. Apartment was very clean with all amenities listed. Would definitely recommend and would stay here again. No complaints!

Amazing stay

Really nice basement/apartment to stay near the Naval Academy. The property manager was quick in responding at all times. Clean and neat. Safe area with ample parking. Will consider staying again.

A very pleasant stay

Nushi and Mario's accommodation is very nice and very clean. There is everything for a pleasant stay. The neighborhood is quiet and pretty, Downtown is 10 mm walk. Thank you for your welcome, it is with pleasure that I will return.

Mother/daughter retreat

We had a lovely stay in this very cute and clean apartment. It was just perfect for our stay. Close to everything and well equipped for our stay. We highly recommend staying here if you are looking to visit all Annapolis has to offer. The owners were great in all their communications as well.

Wonderful stay in Eastport!

Stayed here over Thanksgiving. Wonderful apt and location. Very accessible to downtown. Parking was very user-friendly. The hosts were very easy to contact and check-in and out was very easy. Would definitely like to stay here again in the future.

Spacious Eastport rental

This was our second visit to this property. It’s in a great and convenient location. Very well appointed and comfortable. The owners are very responsive and access to unit is easy. We’d highly recommend this property!

Beautiful location

Eastport is a wonderful neighborhood in Annapolis. The room was great, the location was close to everything with easy access to DC, Baltimore, and BWI Airport. Hosts were fantastic. Highly recommend this unit. Hope to return soon!

Great place and location

The basement apartment was well equipped and very clean in a great part of town. It was walkable to downtown which we took advantage of every day for dinner. The only drawback of the location was it being a basement apartment which we knew going into it. The noise above us was not horrible given this and we would stay again if we return to Annapolis.

Nice little spot for the weekend

Great for two people, with space to sleep in 2 different rooms if desired. Hosts were helpful and flexible. We loved the food, craft beer, and atmosphere at Forward Brewery nearby. And we really enjoyed Quiet Waters Park, with hiking trails and picnic areas. The park also had playgrounds and outdoor ice skating for families.

Quiet and Convenient

This was our second stay at this property. It is a super walkable location, though a car would have been helpful for basic groceries. There are wonderful places to eat nearby, including the best crab cakes on earth at the Boathouse Bar and Grill.

Fabulous

We were in Annapolis for a NA football game. The apt was fabulous. Everything one could need and more. Super comfortable and quiet. Easy parking and excellent communication with the owners. We will look to stay here again next year!

Super clean, spacious, very comfy, bed is Sleep Number, day bed plenty big for adult and very comfy! Lovely linens. Plenty of snacks/waters, good soaps & shampoos. Well stocked dishes/cookware. Beautiful quiet neighborhood. Walked to breakfast spot and back after dinner in town. We will be back!

Very nice, clean, and easy! Snacks were a very nice touch. Host was very accommodating to our request. Nice open living room with a work space and desk. Close to downtown -we could have walked but it was raining. We’d come back!

Good Small Spot

A nice small space in Eastport, allowing easy walk to some nice restaurants and locations. Very clean and accommodating space. Hosts responded quickly to request for an early check-in. Only issue we had was with their notification of their own upstairs party they were having, informing us the day prior. This was impactful, as it impacted our sleep prior to an early morning audition activity we were in town for. A better prior notification and allowing to cancel would have been preferred.

Extraordinary Place To Stay!

First, the hosts are amazing! Mario and Farinoosh are extremely warm, inviting, and provide an apartment in a great location, decorated beyond belief with a "Go Navy" theme, and every appliance and ammenity needed for a wonderful and comfortable stay near downtown Annapolis. The location is within walking distance to Annapolis City Dock (I walked to the Holiday-Lighted Boat Parade!), downtown Main Street, and just a block or two away from Vin 909 (one of the highest rated restaurants in Annapolis...the Margherita Pizza is one of the best I've ever had), ample on-street parking in front of their home, and high quality fixtures and ammenities. I was so lucky to find this apartment on VRBO and experience above and beyond hospitatlity.
